- Scientific and organizational support of Coordination and Methodological Council of Scientific and Methodological Center on soil science, agrochemistry, soilprotection.
- Organizational and technical support of preparation planning and reporting scientific documents.
- Organization and evaluation of the results of the tasks on reclamations ubject in NAAS system.
- Scientific-information support of NAAS on the implementation of research.
- Organization of training of highly qualified personnel by the specializations 201 “Agronomy”, 091 “Biology”.
- Technical support of certification for the formation of highly qualified personnel – Special Council D 64.354.01; K 64.354.02.
- Organization of extension courses, training etc.
- Legal support of research, financial and economic activities of the Institute; keeping documents regarding staffing of research work, financial and economic activities of the Institute.
- Scientific and organizational support of the Ukrainian Society of Soil Scientists and Agrochemists

- During the period from 2009 to 2016 there are prepared 44 works on PhD certification, 4 - Dr.Sc, 13 attestation works for the academic rank of Senior Researche.
